Oman generator, Air conditioned, 106 gallon fresh water storage. 40 gallon Black tank and 40 gallon Gray water holding tank. New awning. Very fresh E-rated tires. Brakes and wheel bearings recently done. Refrigerator is a good one works great. Good water heater. New mattress topper comfortable. Standard fifth wheel hitch. New range and oven. CD player with radio. Antenna for your TV. Outside shower. Nice inside shower.
I have clear Nevada title. It is in better than good condition but not quite excellent. If you do burning man this is the one for you. I will deliver and pick up for a fee. (key # A4)
